I have tried using IE 6.0, Netscape(Linux) and Mozilla(Linux), same
I see frames just fine, the problem is, when i click on each heading
(Networks, Owners, Devices, Locations), the only 'Action; i get in the
lower left is to add a New whatever. The Sub-Network menu never comes up.
I already have postgresql 7.0.3 installed, so i didnt intall 7.1.x. Could
that be the problem?
